TIMIHIRITI
Education is one of the pillars of “Voluntarios Por África”. To access it, it is imperative for children to have school supplies, something completely impossible for families when we first arrived to their village.
From the get go, we supplied children with enough material for them to access education. To this day, some of the supplies we provide are:
- Pens
- Paint
- Rubbers
- Rulers
- Pencil sharpeners
- Notebooks
Assistance and continuity regarding schooling is key for children to be able to access work in the future, for in Ethiopia it is almost impossible to find a good job without proper education. With our help, not only can they educate their youngest, but they also avoid child labour.

We keep providing children with school supplies for them to study and learn. On top of that, we could share with them some craft workshops our lovely volunteers organized for everyone.
